We were asked by a Midlands Based X-Ray Room Manufacturer to help them develop a new LED Light solution for their X-Ray rooms.
We designed a PCB board and several versions of enclosure to house the PCB to give them their Door and Wall solutions.
Several years on we manufacture around 200 boxes per year.
In 2022 a major customer is looking at Wall Boxes for their customers which may increase our manufacturing to 400 to 500 boxes per year.
We built an in-house test rig which runs a PLC/HMI test procedure to run the boxes through multiple tests. Our version 3 boards have feedback signals which we use to confirm the boards are operating correctly.
